The printer icon will remain grayed out and unclickable in the Remote Control ribbon. We are currently working to resolve this as soon as possible. As a workaround, after connecting to the host computer, go to Full Screen mode.

Nov 24, 2014 · Okay, then start at the local workstation and see if the printer is still connected and working there, then look at logmein to make sure it recognizes the printer. I would then try a test page from the remote. Also think about what might have changed at both the local and remote workstations. Please post what you find, i am curious now 🙂
